DMCA Takedown Policy

1. About our content

All coloring pages on koloring.ai are original AI-generated artwork. They are not traced, copied, or derived from existing copyrighted works. If you believe any content resembles your copyrighted work, please file a notice using the procedure below.

We do not knowingly use copyrighted images, characters, or photographs as inputs to our AI tools, and we contractually prohibit our AI technology providers from training on our content. Photos that users upload through our photo-to-coloring tool are processed in memory and discarded immediately after conversion; the resulting coloring page is an original AI-generated work inspired by the input, not a copy of it (see our Terms §6.2 for the user obligation to only upload images you have the right to use).

Koloring.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any trademark holder. Brand names and character names that appear on descriptive landing pages (e.g. “dragon coloring pages”) are property of their respective owners and are used solely for editorial and descriptive purposes.

2. Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on Koloring.ai infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to represent, send a takedown notice by email to hello@koloring.ai with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice”. To be valid, your notice must include all of the following:

1. Your contact information: full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (title, registration number if any, and the URL of the original work).
3. The specific URL(s) on Koloring.ai where the allegedly infringing content is located. We need exact URLs — “your whole site” is not sufficient.
4. A statement of good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Notices that omit any of the above information may be considered invalid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) and may not result in removal of content.

3. What happens next

1. We acknowledge receipt of valid notices within 48 hours.
2. If the notice is valid on its face, we will remove or disable access to the identified content promptly while we investigate.
3. We will notify the user who posted the content (if any) and forward a copy of the notice so they may file a counter-notification.
4. If the content was AI-generated, we will also disable the specific generation and may adjust our prompt-safety filters to prevent recurrence.

4. Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification by sending an email to hello@koloring.ai with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notification”. To be valid, your counter-notification must include:

1. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal (URL).
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, the federal district court for any judicial district in which Koloring.ai may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the takedown notification.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original notice sender. If the original sender does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content at our discretion.

5. Repeat infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. Two or more valid DMCA notices that result in content removal against the same account are generally sufficient to qualify a user as a repeat infringer.

6. False notices

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.

7. Trademark notice

All brand names, character names, and trademarks mentioned on Koloring.ai are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely for descriptive and editorial purposes (e.g. on landing pages so that users searching for a category can find unrelated original coloring pages on the same theme). Koloring.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any trademark holder.

Trademark holders who believe their marks are being misused may contact us at hello@koloring.ai; the takedown procedure above applies by analogy.
