You get back the unused part of what you paid (see the Refund Policy). Credit packs and coloring books can’t be withdrawn from once delivered, because you agreed to that before paying — but if something was faulty or never arrived, use this form too and we’ll sort it out.

We email you a confirmation with what you sent and the date and time we received it.
